Nevilob Plus, one of the tablets, contains the active substances nebivolol hydrochloride, which is a beta-blocker, and hydrochlorothiazide, which acts as a diuretic. These substances cause blood vessels to relax and widen, thus lowering blood pressure.    Dosage and method of use: Usual dose: The dose is one Nevilob Plus 5 mg/12.5 mg tablet daily versus the previously taken dose of separate tablets, preferably at the same time of day.The tablets can be taken with meals.
