Midodrine is tablets that contain midodrine hydrochloride, a substance used to treat low blood pressure. Dosage and method of use: Adult dose: The recommended starting dose is usually one 2.5 mg tablet three times a day. This dose may be increased weekly to four 2.5 mg tablets or two 5 mg tablets three times daily. The usual maintenance dose is 30 mg per day.
