Depakine consists of the active ingredient valproic acid, which is an antiepileptic drug, which limits the number of seizures and reduces their severity. Dosage and method of use: Adults and children: 15 to 30 mg per 1 kg of patient weight daily, divided into 2 to 3 doses  The maximum safe daily dose is: 60 mg per 1 kg per day Indications:  Treatment of epilepsy and convulsions
