Antodine is a medicine containing famotidine that relieves symptoms such as persistent cough, stomach pain, heartburn and difficulty swallowing. Dosage and method of use: For the treatment of duodenal ulcer: A daily dose of 20 mg is taken every 12 hours, or a 40 mg tablet is taken once a day before bed. The treatment continues for 8 weeks, then the dose can be reduced to 20 mg before bedtime. Dosage for treating stomach ulcers: a 40 mg tablet is taken before bedtime for 8 weeks. Esopha
